We are a custom design\build organization and have installed this system in all our homes since being introduced to it in the spring of 1991.

This concrete wall forming system is one of the finest advances in construction forming, automatically giving you an insulated concrete wall with an R-20 insulation factor. A most economical way to do a fully insulated high performance concrete job, ideal for foundations, basements, crawl spaces, above grade exterior walls and more.

LITE-FORM* is a concrete wall containment and forming system which produces a continuous, insulated, monolithic concrete wall requiring no stripping and ready to receive finish materials.

LITE-FORM* is a lightweight form system that centers around a plastic tie-piece, at eight inches apart in groves cut in panels of polystyrene (one example of which is Dow Chemical's SM Styrospan). The ties hold panels strongly in place while the concrete is poured for building foundation walls. Rigid insulation forms automatically provide R-10 insulation on each side of the concrete. No enclosure or sustained warming is needed .... even during sub-zero weather.

No heating is necessary with LITE-FORM*, since the Styrofoam forms keep the concrete from freezing - one more reason why LITE-FORM* is the "builders choice" for cold weather construction. Cold weather down time is eliminated with LITE-FORM*.
